Shipping and Terms of Payment

General shipping options

You can have your parcel sent to your home or simply indicate the full delivery address of your hotel, apartment or holiday home when placing your order and inform the recipient on site of the upcoming delivery. We will then deliver to the delivery address you specify. We currently ship within Germany and to Austria. On request, we can also ship your order to France, Sweden and other destinations of your choice.

Shipping within Germany

We ship our parcels within Germany by default with DHL or UPS and thus also to packing stations. You can place orders with us with a lead time of at least 3 days so that we can pack your skiwear safely and ship it on time. The standard delivery time is 2-3 days. We always ship the goods on time, so that they are guaranteed to arrive the day before the first rental day at the latest. For this reason, you can only choose standard delivery if you have a minimum lead time of 4 days. The delivery in the standard dispatch costs 9.90 EUR including packaging within Germany. This includes the return fee. From an order value of 150,00 EUR the delivery is free of charge.

For last-minute orders (less than 4 days lead time) we ship exclusively via UPS Express (1-2 days delivery time). If you need your ski outfit at even shorter notice, simply contact us. The UPS Express delivery costs. From an order value of 150,00 EUR the UPS Express delivery is also free of charge. Delivery to a UPS Access Point is also possible.

Shipping to Austria

For a delivery to Austria you pay 14,90 EUR including return shipping and packaging. The standard delivery time is 2-3 days. From an order value of 150,00 EUR the delivery is free of charge.

Also for direct deliveries to Austria with a lead time of less than 4 days we ship exclusively by UPS Express (1-2 days delivery time). Just contact us if you need your ski equipment at even shorter notice. The delivery with UPS Express costs 24,90 EUR incl. return shipping. From an order value of 150,00 EUR the UPS Express delivery is also free of charge. Delivery to a UPS Access Point is also possible.

Shipping to Italy

For a delivery to Italy you pay a one-time fee of 29,90 EUR including return shipping and packaging. The standard delivery time is 2-4 days. From an order value of 250,00 EUR the delivery is free of charge.

Returns

After you have had a breathtaking and relaxing skiing holiday, you hand in your parcel the day after the last rental day with the ski equipment and the delivery note as a packing slip on top of it at the nearest post office or parcel station. For this you simply use the enclosed return sticker, on which the shipping service provider can also be identified (usually DHL for returns from Germany and Austrian Post or UPS for returns from Austria).

Note: For returns from Austria, we will search for the nearest drop-off station for you. This means that either a DHL or Austrian Post returns sticker is enclosed with your parcel. The parcel can be delivered at some post offices or postal partners on weekends in 24/7 self-service zones. If you prefer another shipping partner, please let us know in advance. Then we can also organize a shipping note for you at another shipping partner.

Terms of payment

We currently offer the following payment options:

• PayPal

Simply pay us securely with PayPal. All you need is a PayPal account and pay with your email address and password.

• Credit Card

Pay comfortably by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

• Direct debit

After we have received your bank details and a corresponding direct debit authorisation, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account. Please make sure that you provide us with your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary funds.

• Bill

You pay the invoice amount within 30 days from order date comfortably and simply by bank transfer to PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account. We will inform you of the PayPal bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
