Additional information on the rental agreement

Hints for renting:

We always ship your shipping box in time, so that your ski outfit arrives one day before the first rental day at the latest.
If you have chosen a hotel or holiday home as delivery address for your delivery, it will be ready for you on arrival.
Should you have any questions or problems with your ski gear during the rental period, you can always contact us by telephone (+49 172 356 5149) or e-mail (shop@dropkid.de).
At the end of the rental period it is important that you put the ski equipment in the foil bags provided and return the shipping box with the enclosed return label to us no later than the following day after the last rental day (the next working day for weekends/holidays).
Of course, you don't have to clean your ski clothes. We will do that for you. Best you check again if all bags are empty. Afterwards simply pack into the foil bags & send off
If you have rented a ski helmet, we cannot guarantee the complete functionality of the helmets. After each rental, we check the condition of the helmets and identify all breakages indicating a fall. Unfortunately, we cannot exclude this for sure.

Notes on return shipment:

Please use our shipping box also for the return shipment.
In the shipping box there are foil bags for the worn ski clothes, a return label for free return shipping as well as two seals for closing the box.
You just put your rented ski clothes in the foil bags provided
Please put the original delivery note on top of your ski gear as a packing list for our employees.
After everything is securely packed and the shipping box is closed, stick the enclosed return label on top of the lid of the box.
We receive a notification from the shipping company as soon as the package has been delivered. You will also receive a message from us as soon as the package has been returned to us in full.
